The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

United Kingdom Shipping Policy Shipment processing time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Saturday.  

​

Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days – this relates to sales made via Amazon UK.

Please allow 1-2 additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email using the contact details you have provided. We will update you directly if your processing time exceeds 3 business days.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. For the avoidance of doubt, we use Royal Mail 2nd Class for standard deliveries, and Royal Mail First Class for Premium Deliveries.

24hr / 1 day delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within England & Wales.

Our commitment is to provide you with Shipment confirmation & Order tracking. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages: This Box Rocks Ltd is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us on hello@thisboxrocks.uk, and we will endeavor to replace damaged goods – on proof of damage. 

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods.  

International Shipping Policy: We currently ship outside of the UK via Royal Mail International. We cannot however guarantee the shipping time, as this is subject to 3rd party handling – customs and port officials.
