RETURN / REFUND POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for : a full refund, or a store credit, or an exchange.

RETURNS

All returns must be notified to This Box Rocks via hello@thisboxrocks.uk within 3 days of the postage received date. All returned items must be in new and unused and unopened condition, with all original labels attached.

 

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at hello@thisboxrocks.uk to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging with the authorization slip, and return to the following address:

We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.  You may also use the prepaid shipping label we will provide – if the items are received damaged by you. Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us if the faulty goods are due to This Box Rocks Ltd.

 

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or refund within 7 working days. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

 

EXCEPTIONS    

The following items cannot be [returned] or [exchanged]:

·        Opened bottles.

·        Food Stuff.

·        Unpacked goods.
